Patrick Dougherty

Patrick Dougherty

Founder

Patrick's first apartment after his master's in analytics was on Aster Street in Laguna Beach, California. He started as a data scientist at Dell, building models to optimize the return on sales and marketing spend, then joined Slalom, where he ran the data science practice in Atlanta and later the data practice in Charlotte. He co-founded Rasgo, an AI analytics platform, and was CTO through its acquisition in 2024. He started Aster Labs in Raleigh, North Carolina, and named it for the street.
